Algebra I Intervention

The gateway to math success

To succeed in algebra requires a thorough understanding of the underlying concepts. This understanding establishes the foundation students need not just for algebra but for subsequent math courses, as well. CollegeReadyMath will help your students learn and then embed these essential algebra concepts.

We created CollegeReadyMath as an effective approach to learn algebra. It was designed to be an innovative math tool to help underserved students embed essential algebra concepts. We accomplish this by visually explaining the underlying concepts required to obtain a concise understanding of foundational algebra.

EFFECTIVE PROGRAMS. PROVEN RESULTS

A recent study by McKinsey & Company states that students in K-12 are now, at least, an additional five months behind in math. This is on top of the substantial gap, between higher and lower-performing students, that existed prior to the pandemic. In October 2022, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation announced that it will be pouring $1.1 billion over the next four years into improving math teaching and learning. The timing couldn’t be better as the National Assessment of Educational Progress showed that student performance in math has declined so dramatically that it has erased two decades of progress (Education Week, October 28, 2022). CollegeReadyMath is a supplemental math program created to help close the gap by providing students with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in math.

We provide effective intervention support, through easy-to-understand supplemental, online algebra videos.
